About the Event

Join architect and senior living expert Jeffrey DeMure, AIA, for an introduction to Accessory Dwelling Units and to the latest trends in "Livable Design" that make them safer, more comfortable, and more beautiful than ever before.

About Accessory Dwelling Units:  Accessory Dwelling Units (ADUs) are independent units that can be created in either a portion of a main residence or as a separate building on a residential property. They are becoming increasingly popular not only due to COVID 19 but also to multigenerational living trends, population growth, and the general need for more housing.  Fortunately, California is making it easier than ever to create and occupy these units.

About the Speaker: Jeffrey DeMure, AIA, is an architect and senior living expert with more than thirty-five years of experience in the home-building industry. He is the founder of Jeffrey DeMure + Associates Architects Planners, Inc. and the author of “Livable Design,” a visionary work dedicated to designing and building homes and communities that last a lifetime.
