Shipping & Returns

Ayaplaces serves as a sales and marketing channel for its partner vendors. When a customer buys something at one of our online stores, we send that order directly to the appropriate partner vendor who, in turn, dropships that product directly to the customer.

 

In general, if you need to return a product, you’ll need to reach out to – and coordinate directly with – the partner vendor. Each partner vendor offers slightly different return and refund policies. Please review the details below.

PONTE GIULIO

 

Lead Times:  In stock products will ship within 48 business hours of order receipt. Non-stock products will have an average lead time of 4-6 weeks. Specific lead times will be provided upon receipt of PO. 

 

Returns:  Returns are made directly to Ponte Giulio.  Products must not have been installed or used, and the reason for the return must be specified.  Customers are responsible for return shipping, including repackaging and return shipping costs. A restocking fee of 20% may be incurred. 

 

Refunds:  Refunds will be issued once the product is received back into the warehouse. The actual refund will be processed by Ayaplaces and show up in the same account that the customer used to pay for the initial order.

INVISIA (HEALTHCRAFT PRODUCTS)

Lead Times:   In stock products will ship within 48 business hours of order receipt.

 

Returns:  If there is a problem with the shipment, customers must notify Invisia by phone or email within 15 days of receiving the order.  

 

Returns are made directly to Invisia (Healthcraft Products). Refunds will be issued once the product is received back into the warehouse. Customers are responsible for return shipping, including repackaging and return shipping costs (unless the products were damaged in the initial shipment).  Returned products must not have been installed or used.
