Rediscover the joy of cooking with Chef Mike from 18 Reasons. It all starts with setting yourself up for success – and that means a healthy cook space that's safe to work in, that's conveniently organized, and that's easy to navigate.

Chef Mike will provide an overview of kitchen safety, review basic knife handling skills and present a treasure trove of tips and recommendations for making the most of what you have – regardless of your particular kitchen environment, your equipment or your physical limitations. Chef Mike will also lead the class through a simple, delicious and healthy hands-on recipe (Sauteed Pork Chop with Apple Sage Pan Chutney)!   Click here to view the recipe and the ingredients list.
